I released my third book, the soft paper cut, in 2007.
2007 was the era of: myspace, weekly open mic nights at kudu, weekend warrior mode at upper deck tavern, mix CDs for friends, and selling this book for $5 out of my man-purse.
I've been revisiting and editing these poems for a future project. i've also been learning to love my younger self instead of diminishing who that person was.
